Calling all frontline workers, we have something to share with you!
As part of your day-to-day role, do you work with migrants? This could be a citizen from the EU, asylum seeker and/or a refugee.
Do you know what support is available to help people to settle, learn and develop their English in Kirklees?
We are running a briefing session as we would like to meet you and explain how you can help make Kirklees a welcoming place that offers support for those who settle or are placed here.
At the session you will:
- Learn more about the #KW programme
- Find out how your role can have a huge impact on the success of the programme
- Learn something new about the work going on across Kirklees
- Get chance to meet the Kirklees Welcomes team!
So get the date in your diary and we look forward to meeting you all!
Please share with other colleges who may also be interested.
